When it comes to giving gifts, subscription boxes are one of my favourites to give. They really are the gift that keeps on giving! Last Christmas, I rounded up my favourite beauty boxes, and this year I’ve been delighted to see Vertue Box grow – it’s now full to the brim of cult green beauty products!

The Vertue Subscription box retails for £37 per bi-monthly box, which is tailored to your skin-type and hair-type, as well as your favourite fragrances and special preferences such as being vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, or have a nut allergy. You can purchase a box solo, or buy a 6 or 12 month subscription. Here’s what came in the latest box…

Be. Protein

A a smoothie lover, I was excited to see a superfood protein blend contained in the box! I received Fix Up, which combines pea protein with berries – açai, cherry, and goji. Combined with one frozen sliced banana and a cup of plant milk, it made for a deliciously fruity breakfast!

Doisy & Dam Chocolate

I’m already a fan of Doisy & Dam – a friend of mine at my last workplace and I used to scurry down to the greengrocers near our office and buy slabs of the stuff! Sadly that does mean I know which flavours are best… I’d rather have the Quinoa, Smoked Tea & Vanilla please!

Kindred & Wild Face Oil

This is a new brand to me, and I’ve really enjoyed this Lavender and Chamomile Face Oil – down to the brushed glass bottle and cork top.

Isla Apothecary Scrubs

A cult natural beauty brand, I was excited to see the statement rose-gold labels of Isla Apothecary in my Vertue Box! Their Blood Orange & Vanilla Moisturising Scrub smells absolutely incredible, and using it feels like having a bath/shower with a real oranges, leaving my skin soft and buffed.

MOA Green Balm

Another cult brand, I’ve been a fan of MOA since trying their Green Potion a few years ago. Their Cleansing Ritual Kit comes in their statement illustrated tube, with a pot of The Green Balm and bamboo fibre cloth. Perfect for saving my skin from the wintry weather!
