Cinnamon spice and all things nice. It’s the classic scent of Christmas, I’m enjoying it without having gone too overboard with the decorations and candles already!

I’m referring to my cup of organic Christmas tea from the English Tea Shop. Their variety of Christmassy blends has been making for a perfect cuppa in the run up to the big day, and with so many flavours to choose from it’s almost like having a tea advent calendar!

If you’ve kept up with my Instagram Stories as of late, you’ll have seen me drinking cup after cup of their organic herbal teas… I find they give me a cosy five-minute break in-between working, like a mini moment of meditation.

I’m a big fan of the English Tea Shop because of the way they take care in the blends they create, working with organic and Fairtrade farmers to create their teas. I like to think of it as added warmth with every cup!

After trying a few different options, my favourite of English Tea Shop’s range is their Christmas Organic Tea Collection. Featuring four festive flavours, the selection box is a mix of black teas and green tea tisanes with different properties too.

For a festive black tea, they’ve created a Savoury Blend with notes of cinnamon, apple, licorice, orange, rosehip and vanilla.

Their Irish Holiday blend is also a black tea, with ginger, rooibos and cinnamon.

My favourite night-time tea comes in the form of Silent Night, a green tea with cinnamon, ginger, peppermint and rose petals.

And then there’s caffeine-free Candy Cane, using peppermint and herbal tea with cinnamon, roasted chicory and vanilla.

Personally, I’ll be using their Christmas Tea Collection as stocking fillers; the mini pyramids are a cute addition to anyone’s present pile!

If you prefer a more classic blend, their Christmas Tea is the perfect option. It’s a caffeine-free rooibos blend with cinnamon, ginger and cardamom, giving a warm, subtly sweet taste. In fact, if you couple it with a pretty teapot too, it would make a sweet gift for any tea lover!
