September is here, and with it comes harvest season! I’ll be honest, I’m not the green-fingered one in my house, but I do know how to cook a few great autumnal dishes with the veggies below.

If you’re a seasonable eater or would like to try to eat seasonably (benefits include fresher produce, reduced pollution, supporting local food chains, and more nutrient-dense food), this long ol’ list below may come in handy when shopping or meal planning.
