Alongside Sienna of Happy Healthy Dream’s raw chocolate and walnut bark recipe, you can now find my apple and cinnamon overnight oats recipe that we worked on together below! I love this as a staple breakfast on weekdays, and it’s a great base for adding other fruits too.
Apple & Cinnamon Overnight Oats
1 medium red apple
1 handful of sultanas
50 grams of oats
Sprinkle of chia seeds
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp agave syrup
125ml plant-based milk

Quickly grate the apple and place at the bottom of your jar or bowl

Pour over the oats, sprinkle on the raisins, chia seeds, cinnamon, and syrup

Now pour the milk over everything and mix thoroughly

Close the lid (or place a plate over your bowl) and leave in the fridge overnight for a perfect wholesome breakfast treat!
