Berries & Spinach Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- 3 tablespoons of oats
- 2 handfuls of frozen berries
- 3 handfuls of spinach
- 1/2 a cup of vanilla soy milk
Instructions:
- Add all of the ingredients into a blender
- Whizz up until smooth
- Drink!
